This is your opportunity to shape the future with us. The event starts on Tuesday 30th September at 12:00, and ends on Wednesday 1st September at 17:30, it’s taking place at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge KT13 0SL.
HID Will Cover:
  • 1 room for 1 nights in single occupancy, inclusive of breakfast, with check-in on 30 September 2025 and check out on 1 October 2025
  • All meals detailed on the event agenda: welcome lunch and dinner on 30 September 2025; breakfast and lunch on 1 October 2025.
  • Travel/shuttle busses between the venue and hotel
HID Will NOT cover:
  • Visa fees, travel to and from Mercedes-Benz World outside of the event programme, entertainment outside of event programme, sightseeing, bar and minibar expenses, additional breakfast orders at a cost, room service, laundry or any other incidentals outside of the activities organized by HID
  • Cost for additional nights (see “Extending Your Stay”)
Additional room nights may be requested via the registration form—subject to hotel availability. Any extra nights will be at your own expense. Please note that once additional nights are requested, no free cancellation will be possible. Hotel may request pre-payment via online secured payment link for additional nights.
