The event will officially kick off on 17 March 2025 at 7:00 PM for our welcome reception at the Monte Carlo Casino.

The event will end on 19 March 2025 at 2:00PM, after lunch.

Nearest airport and transfer departure point is Nice Airport. Accommodation and social activities will take place around the Monte Carlo Casino square in Monaco.
Foreign nationals wishing to enter French territory and stay in the Principality of Monaco for less than three months require a passport —and in some cases a visa.

HID Will Cover:
  • Your airport transfers:
    • From Nice Airport to Monaco all day on 17 March 2025
    • From Monaco to Nice Airport on 19 March 2025 after the end of the event
    • Transportation outside of these days/times or to different destination(s) need to be organized and covered by the participant.
  • 1 room for 2 nights in single occupancy, inclusive of breakfast and taxes, with check-in on 17 March 2025 and check out on 19 March 2025
  • All meals detailed on the event agenda: welcome reception on 17 March 2025; breakfast, lunch and dinner on 18 March 2025; breakfast and lunch on 19 March 2025.
HID Will NOT cover:
  • Visa fees, travel into and out of Nice airport, entertainment outside of event program, sightseeing, bar and minibar expenses, additional breakfast orders at a cost, room service, laundry or any other incidentals outside of the activities organized by HID
  • Cost for additional nights (see “Extending Your Stay”) and/or for double occupancy (see “Can I Bring My Spouse/Partner?”)
Attendance at Inspire 2025 is by invitation only, and there is no cost for invited guests to attend. HID will cover the event’s core activities, including sessions, meals, and entertainment. However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise specified in the invitation.
Room nights at the Hotel de Paris are available at a preferred rate of €399 per room per night in single occupancy, inclusive of taxes and breakfast, upon request in registration form and are to be covered by participant. Please note that once additional nights are requested, no free cancellation will be possible. Hotel may request pre-payment via online secured payment link for additional nights.
HID is arranging for transportation for attendees arriving on 17 March and departing on 19 March 2025. If you’re traveling outside those dates, here are some transportation options between Nice airport and Monaco:
  • Taxis are available right outside the terminal. Cost is around €100 to reach the Principality from the airport in around 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Helicopters fly every 30 minutes between Nice airport and Monaco. Cost starts at €195 per person and the ride takes 7 minutes. Transfer to the Hôtel de Paris will be provided upon arrival in Monaco. Please visit Blade for more information.
  • Direct express busses depart every 30 to 45 minutes from Nice airport. It takes about 1 hour to reach Monaco and cost is about €20 per person. Get out at the Monte Carlo Casino bus stop. More information about the Nice Airport Express bus (80) >>
  • A train also runs to Monaco at a cost of about €6 per person. From your airport terminal, take either Tram 2 or Tram 3 and get out at station “Nice Grand Arenas” (1 station from Terminal 1, 2 stations from Terminal 2). The tram is free for this section. Then get a train ticket from Nice Saint Augustin station (50m walk) and get out in Monaco. The train ride lasts about 30 minutes and runs every 15-60 minutes. Then it’s a 10-minute walk from Monaco station to the Hôtel de Paris. More information on train time tables >>
Yes, your spouse/partner can join you, but your spouse/partner is not invited to take part in any part of the business program, including social activities (welcome reception, lunches, gala dinner) or business meetings. You will also have to cover the additional cost for double occupancy at €30 per night, granting breakfast for two for your room.
For the welcome reception and the awards dinner, smart attire is required. For men, jacket, trousers, city shoes. Tie is not mandatory. No jeans with holes or sneakers are allowed at the Monte-Carlo Casino.
