We are delighted to welcome you as our guest at the prestigious Hôtel de Paris for two nights, inclusive of breakfast and taxes, on 17 and 18 March 2025. Your stay will be in a single-occupancy room, providing comfort and luxury during the event.
If you wish to extend your stay, additional nights can be arranged through the event registration form, subject to availability, at a rate of €399 per room per night, including breakfast and taxes. This rate is available for up to three nights before and after the event. Double occupancy can be requested for an additional €30 per night.

Arrival transfers: Should you have provided your flight details to us and be landing on 17 March 2025, please look out for your driver holding an HID sign in your arrival terminal at Nice Airport. Should you have required double or triple occupancy, transfer will be provided for your accompanying parties. Departure transfers: Your transfer back to Nice airport will be organised at the conclusion of the event. We will guide you to the right transfer and bus during the event to ensure you arrive at the airport with enough time to catch your flight relaxfully.
